Policies

Policy of submission and publication

    This journal publishes Research articles, Research papers, Review papers, Mini reviews and short communications containing original research and review articles of contemporary relevance from all over the world. Please read the following instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact the Editor at: submitagrifarming@gmail.com

    Manuscripts preparation

    • All the matter and information should be submitted by email. Soft copy format should be in MS word only. Charts, Tables and Diagrams should be in MS Word and images in JPG format using maximum possible high resolution. All the matter should be typed in Times New Roman Font size - 12 point. Manuscript should be concisely typewritten in 1.5 spaces in A4 sized sheets. The pages shall be numbers consequently.

    • Full length Research Papers (Maximum of 12 pages in A/4 size) should be divided as follows:
      Up to 5 key terms can be selected.

    Title page:

    The title should be relatively short but informative. Each author must provide their full name including their forenames and surname followed by their address with institutional address and email. The Corresponding Author of the manuscript must be marked with an asterisk. In addition the corresponding author must include telephone/ fax/ E-mail address below the corresponding authors name. If any of the co-authors are from different organizations, their addresses too should be mentioned and indicated using numbers after their names.

    Abstract:

    It should be a brief summary of the significant items of the manuscripts. It should be informative. An abstract should not normally exceed 250 words.

    Keywords:

    Up to 5 key terms can be selected.

    Introduction:

    It should start on a new page and should justify the title, relate the current research with earlier researches and should clearly indicate the objectives of the study.

    Materials and Methods:

    The main methods used shall be briefly described, citing references. New or modified methods may be described in detail. The statistical method and the level of significance chosen shall be clearly stated.

    Results and Discussion:

    It may be combined or kept separate and may be further divided into subsections. This section should not contain technical details. All results presented in tabular or graphical form shall be described in this section.

    Conclusion:

    It shall contain brief conclusion of the investigation followed by future prospects.

    Acknowledgement:

    Information concerning research grant support should appear in a separate.

    Tables and figures:

    All Tables and figures must have a title and a legend to make them self- explanatory and they should be given numbers.

    References:

    The reference list should include the full title, as recommended by the APA style guide.

    References typed in the following order:

     

Surname and initial (s). (Year). followed by title of the article, Volume Number (issue), page numbers. For example:

An article: Amiteye, S., Amitaaba, T., Akama, C., & Amoatey, H.M. (2019). Estimates of Heterosis in F1 Hybrid Progeny of Okra (Abelmoschus spp. (L.) Moench), Ind. J. Pure App. Biosci. 7(6), 1-8.

APA Referencing Basics: In-Text Citation

These citations include the surname of the author and date of publication only. Using an example author James Mitchell, this takes the form:

Mitchell (2017) states Or (Mitchell, 2017).

Two Authors:

The surname of both authors is stated with either 'and' or an ampersand between. For example:

Mitchell and Smith (2017) state Or (Mitchell & Smith, 2017).

Three, Four or Five Authors:

For the first cite, all names should be listed:

Mitchell, Smith, and Thomson (2017) state Or (Mitchell, Smith, & Thomson, 2017).

Further cites can be shorted to the first author's name followed by et al:

Mitchell et al. (2017) state Or (Mitchell et al., 2017).

Submission formats: Manuscripts should be submitted in the MS Word (97 or higher).

Submission of manuscript: The authors must submit their manuscript by email to: submitagrifarming@gmail.com

  • After publication, the corresponding author is notified by email and receives a pdf file with the published version of the manuscript.
  • A properly completed Copyright Form must be provided for each accepted manuscript and that should be duly signed, scanned and sent via email to the Editor.

Publication Policy

Publication Frequency:
Current Research in Agriculture and Farming is a bimonthly journal (6 Issue per Year) with regular publication date as the last day of every month ( i.e 30th  or 31st) from June 2020. 
Publication Policy:
Current Research in Agriculture and Farming (CRAF) publishes original research works that are judged and reviewed by editorial team. Types of research work include original research papers, articles, reviews, mini-reviews, short research communications, synopsis and Case studies. Current Research in Agriculture and Farming aims quality publication of research results and reviews while maintaining rigorous review process. The main criteria for accepting a manuscript for publication in CRAF are originality (80% or more), Quality,  innovative and as per journal aims and ethics. The author/ authors are solely responsible for submitted research work and the published title / content / theory / image / charts/tables/ or any other data presented in publication. The publisher or The Managing Editor or Editorial staff does not take any responsibility for any copyright claim or missuses or open access use or indexing or affiliation or approval claim from author/authors or any third party. 
The authors should note that there is no submission fee; however, there is a reasonable Article/Paper Processing Charge (APC/PPC) of each accepted Article/Paper to meet the cost of Website Management Charges, server and website update and maintenance, Manuscript handling, Review process, Typesetting, copy-editing, Language correction, tagging and indexing of articles, Printing, Electronic composition and production, hosting the final article on dedicated servers, electronic archiving, Office cum admin expenses and other recurring expenses. If paper/article accepted and author complete the process with publication charge then after paid fee will be non-refundable. 
The Journal accepts nominal Processing and Handling Fee only from authors after their manuscripts has been accepted for Publication by the Managing Editor. The paper will be online after completion of process by authors.
